5. Getting aid through these war-torn areas is a torturous process. The infrastructure is destroyed, and many areas are not safe. Some aid has reached the right places, but even all this isn’t enough. And huge numbers of starving are trapped in critical pockets, where there is no help at all. Across Angola there are more than a million people like this. (10%)

6. Part of the problem is there is no one standard test for diagnosis, and not enough allergists, which is why the report calls for more research. And that’s welcomed by parents with a child who could die if they eat a nut. They don’t want people crying wolf, minimizing the extent to which a true allergy can threaten lives. (10%)
