Male Speaker: I have some bad news. The convention center just called. Due to a scheduling error on their end, the Grand Hall is double-booked for the date of our annual charity gala.
Female Speaker 1: You're kidding. The invitations have already been printed. Can they offer us a different room?
Male Speaker: They offered the Riverview Suite, but it only holds 200 people. We're expecting 300 guests.
Female Speaker 2: Wait, isn't the Chaotic Tech Expo happening at the downtown hotel that same weekend?
Male Speaker: Yes, why?
Female Speaker 2: I heard the expo canceled their dinner event on Saturday. We might be able to secure the ballroom at the downtown hotel if we act fast. It's even larger than the Grand Hall.
Female Speaker 1: Great thinking. Call them right now.
