升結腸靠近肝，靠近右側。

decubitus是「躺臥位」， 寫哪邊是哪邊在下。

  • Left lateral decubitus：左側朝下、右側朝上
  • Right lateral decubitus：右側朝下、左側朝上

雙重對比鋇劑灌腸使用：

  • 鋇劑：正對比劑、較重，流向下方
  • 空氣：負對比劑、較輕，升到上方
讓升結腸朝上，可以使多餘的鋇劑池流走，由空氣將腸管撐開。息肉便會呈現為表面覆有鋇劑、向充氣腸腔突出的影像，比較不會被濃厚鋇劑遮住。
