四、EssayIn many developed regions, migrant workers have become an indispensable part of the labor force. However, they often face significant challenges, such as language barriers, social isolation, and cultural misunderstandings. Please discuss the major difficulties migrant workers may encounter when adapting to a new country and also suggest effective measures that the government or local communities can take to promote social inclusion and protect their rights.
