二、Please translate the following passage into English.(15 分) 維護海岸地區的安全與秩序是一項極具挑戰性的工作。近年來，各種 刺激的水上休閒活動越來越盛行，吸引大量遊客與當地民眾前往海灘 及港口。許多人熱衷於游泳、衝浪、水上摩托車、划船、釣魚及其他 戶外海邊活動。尤其在假日與炎熱的夏季期間，海灘上經常擠滿充滿 活力的遊客，使這段時間成為海巡人員最忙碌、壓力最大的時刻。

一、Please translate the following passage into Chinese.(10 分) Because Taiwan is surrounded by the sea and located along important international shipping routes in Asia, maintaining coastal security is an extremely challenging task. Large numbers of cargo ships, fishing boats, and various other vessels travel through the waters around Taiwan every day, and the heavy maritime traffic increases the difficulty of management and surveillance. Coast guard personnel must patrol the seas around the clock and closely monitor illegal fishing, smuggling, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and other activities that may threaten national security. In addition, Taiwan’s long coastline and complex coastal geography make coast guard duties even more demanding and difficult.
