structure interview means organisation already design the format for the interviewee and interviewer will need to implement company\'s policies and procedures when they conduct the interview.
non-structure interview means the interviewer could conduct the interview without company Policies
& Procedures and it could be free style.
situation questions interview means based on the situation the interviewee will need to answer the suitable answer and come out with the best solution.
Behavioral questions means a worker or leader might have misbehavior how are you going to solve it. there is a solution for it could be cal he or she for face to face interview and understand this employee\'s issue. then as a leader or concsour will need to provide suitable advice for them.
