三、警察甲接獲線民通報，有人在公園進行毒品交易，於是立刻前往查 緝。到了公園，果然看見毒品前科累累的 A 正要交付一小包白色粉末給不詳人士 B，甲立刻飛撲上前將 A 逮捕，B 乘機跑掉。如果 A 將該白色粉末小包塞到嘴中，甲得否搜索並扣押該白色粉末小包？理由何在？

四、甲擔任某公司董事長 A 特助，某日騎機車前往銀行替 A 提款 300 萬元。甲因沉迷賭博積欠賭債近 500 萬元，為償還賭債，打算將該款項私吞己有，於是自行騎車衝撞路邊電線杆，並扯破衣服。而後甲至附近派出所報案謊稱遭搶。問甲之行為應如何論罪？
