三、英文作文：（20 分）In modern cities, public safety is not only the responsibility of the policeand security personnel. Ordinary citizens can also help prevent accidents,report suspicious activity, and provide assistance during emergencies. Inrecent years, technology and social media have changed the way peoplerespond to public safety issues. Some people believe that citizens shouldplay a more active role in helping maintain public safety, while othersthink this responsibility should primarily fall to the government and lawenforcement agencies. What is your opinion? Write a short essay ofapproximately 250 words to explain your views and provide details orexamples to support your answer.

二、中譯英：（15 分）清明連假期間，桃園國際機場湧入大量旅客。一名安全檢查人員在行李檢查時，發現可疑物品，隨後立即通知航警，並封鎖附近相關區域。為避免引起恐慌，工作人員們冷靜引導所有旅客迅速完成通關、前往相關之登機口，並透過廣播、提供最新資訊。後來，確認該物品沒有危險，但此事件也顯示安全程序與即時應變的重要性。
