三、根據法務部統計資料，以洗錢防制法起訴人數來說，民國 109 年到 111 年有很重大的變化，女性被起訴人數 111 年大約是 109 年的 7.97 倍，男性 111 年大約是 109 年的 12.45 倍。假設這樣的數字與近年詐欺案件非常盛行有關，請以一般化犯罪理論（A General Theory of Crime）解析當前詐欺犯罪行為的成因及預防對策。 （25 分）

四、近年來不論重大暴力犯罪人或性侵害加害人有相當比例具有明顯的精神障礙、精神疾病或人格障礙（人格疾患） 。請從犯罪心理學理論論述分析前述問題造成暴力犯罪之原因，並提出防治對策作法。（25 分）
