9. Two random samples are drawn independently from a normal distribution \( N(\mu, \sigma^2) \). The first sample has \( n_1 \) observations, and its sample mean is \( \overline{X}_1 = \frac{1}{n_1} \sum_{i=1}^{n_1} X_{1i} \); the second sample has \( n_2 \) observations, and its sample mean is \( \overline{X}_2 = \frac{1}{n_2} \sum_{i=1}^{n_2} X_{2i} \). One estimator of \( \mu \) is proposed: \( \hat{\mu} = \frac{(n_1 \overline{X}_1 + n_2 \overline{X}_2)}{(n_1 + n_2)} \). Calculate \( Var(\hat{\mu}) = \)      (9)     and \( p \lim (\hat{\mu}) = \)     (10)     .
