二、英翻中（Please translate the following passage into Chinese.）（20 分） The so-called “right to be forgotten” is climbing back up the news agenda. It all stems from a landmark decision by the European Court of Justice mandating that European citizens have a right to demand that links to online material about them that are deemed to be misleading or inaccurate should not appear in google search results. The judgement came as a surprise to most people and as a really big shock to Google. However, over the past year, the company has found a way of complying with the judgement—by setting up a process for handling requests for delisting and deleting successful applications from search results in all of its European search engines. Since Google had devised an efficient system for processing requests, it looked as though a pragmatic solution to a thorny problem had evolved.

三、英文作文（40 分） *Read the following passage and write a well-organized essay no less than 200 words, with a title, an introduction, a body and a conclusion to cover the news and to discuss its possible impacts. Taiwan is still negotiating with Indonesia and the Philippines on their “unilateral” decisions made earlier to raise wages for domestic helpers in Taiwan. Indonesia and the Philippines announced the pay increases without first consulting with Taiwan. It is not yet clear if the higher wage requests are affecting demand for new workers from potential Taiwanese employers. Taiwan has argued that if the cost of providing food and lodging for foreign domestic workers was taken into consideration, their pay would be close to the local minimum wage.
