With the widespread use of artificial intelligence, many people now depend on AI to handle these cognitive tasks. While this may improve efficiency and convenience, some people worry that excessive reliance on AI could dull our minds. Do you think cognitive outsourcing is beneficial or harmful? Write an essay of approximately 250 words to discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of relying on AI for thinking and decision-making, and then present your own opinion.
